Hera, Queen of the Greek Gods

Hera, the queen of the Greek gods, also known as JunoHera is the queen of the Greek gods. She is also the goddess of marriage. Her Roman name is Juno.

Hera is known for her fiery temper. She often has rows with her husband, Zeus, usually because his roving eye has landed on an attractive mortal or immortal.

She is the arch enemy of the Greek hero, Heracles, who was the son of Zeus and a mortal woman called Alcmene. She hated Heracles so much that she sent him mad causing him to kill his own family.

She is also angry against the Trojans because Paris, Prince of Troy, chose Aphrodite as the prettiest of the goddesses. In the Trojan War, she naturally takes the side of the Greeks and intervenes on their side.
