Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide full satisfaction with Bertie’s Birthday Gifts, however we do have some terms and conditions. By ordering a Birthday gift from us, you agree to the following:

1. If you are not satisfied with your Birthday Story/Gift, we will refund your payment in full – but we are not liable for any further loss beyond than the original price of the order.
2. We will do our utmost to deliver your Birthday Story/Gift by the due date. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from delivering on time (for instance, if our narrator is taken ill.) We stand by our money-back garantee in clause 1, but are not further responsible for any loss or disappointment.
3. You undertake not to supply us with any information that may personally identify the person for whom the story is to be dedicated – such as surname, address or email, etc. You also undertake not to reveal your relationship to a person for whom you are ordering a story, so that no inference may be made about the identity of that person.
4. You must be over 18 years of age to order a personlalised story. Payment via Paypal shall be taken to be proof of the customer’s responsible age.
5. Our secure Paypal account will retain a record of the transaction which may include the payer’s email address and information you fill into the online form for the order. We will not use this information for marketing purposes or pass it on to third parties.
